The Ossur Innovator X combines range of motion and forearm supination control into one comfortable post-op elbow brace.  The hinge is designed to allow you to control both flexion and extension - simply press and rotate to the desired setting.  The Innovator X features slide to size upper arm and forearm struts that allow you to lengthen the brace to fit any size individual.  An optional elbow arm bar kit can be ordered which comes with a hand bar that easily attaches to the post-op elbow brace to control supination/pronation of the forearm as desired.  The cuffs are heavily padded and are moldable for any size upper arm and forearm.  The straps are designed to reduce the strain on the neck and provide more comfort after elbow surgery.  The Innovator X provides both quality and comfort in a top of the line model for post-op recovery.   This model is specific to your right OR the the left elbow.  NOTE: Be aware of web sites charging substantially less for this item which is refurbished and sold as new AND not kept in stock for immediate delivery.  Buyer beware!
