The Brown Medical Steady Strider AFO is a lightweight yet highly effective ankle foot orthosis that straps around the lower leg (a few inches above the ankle) and extends down under the tongue of the shoe. The Brown Medical Steady Strider AFO provides effective treatment for mild to moderate cases of foot drop where the individual has some ability to dorsiflex the ankle, but requires light assistance to help clear the foot off the ground with ambulation.
