The Med Spec DynaTrack Patella Stabilizer is a great choice treating patellafemoral dysfunction. It features adjustable straps which adjust tension on the internal, removable buttress to provide specific tension on the kneecap to enhance tracking. The buttress can be positioned to apply either medial or lateral pressure against the kneecap making this a high versatile chondromalacia knee brace. The DynaTrack Patella Stabilizer is available in both neoprene and CoolFlex material which is excellent for hot or humid conditions.
