This models holds 33,000 Gauss powered Neodymium and ceramic unipolar magnets in a strategic position around the lumbar spine to provide symptom relief. The magnetic back brace features a comfortable neoprene design with a front closure system to secure it in place across the front of your stomach. I share the brace with my son. He suffers from back pain as well. Our pain stems from extreme sports injuries, auto accidents, and just living a life that embraces physical challenge. Our backs suffer as a result and daily pain has become a part of life. I have used this belt for years with great relief from lower back pain. I was delighted to find this site! Used to order thru "Foot Smart" magazine, but it has not been in there for a long time.
