Donjoy Tru Pull Advanced The Donjoy Tru Pull Advanced System Knee Brace provides superior stabilization of the kneecap in either a sleeve or a hinged pullup version. Optional hinge bars on the sides provide a solid footing for the stabilizing strap system to exert the necessary pull to centralize the patella in the proper position. The Tru Pull Advanced features a unique elastomeric rubber buttress that can be moved around into any position for creating a customized application. The brace is shipped with both 3/8 and 1/4 inch thick buttresses for applying a less or more aggressive level of stabilization. Lightweight, breathable materials are used in the construction for enhanced comfort - a great model for all day wear! The Donjoy Tru Pull Advanced is available below with or without hinges, as well as, with a popliteal cutout (Pop) where fabric has been cut out in the back of the knee to reduce bunching up with vigorous bending of the knee.
