- Wrap-on Pads with velcro closure straps.
- Sterile Cold Pads without velcro closure straps.
- Bed Hanger - attaches the unit to side of the hospital bed instead of placing the unit on the floor in the hospital room which taxes the pump more.
- Dual Pad Connector - allows two patients or two body parts to be hooked up to the same Iceman.
- AC Adaptor - Replacement AC adaptor that plugs the Iceman unit into any wall's three prong outlet.
- The PUMP for the Donjoy Iceman can not be purchased separately. Donjoy provides a 3 month warranty on the pumps. If you need a new pump for the Iceman, you'll need to purchase a new system.

Note: The McGuire Knee Wrap-On Pad has patella cutout; most popular knee cold therapy pad for the Iceman. The Shoulder wrap-on pad is available in a regular size (fits regular and large size people) and a small size for small, "petite" individuals. The Universal wrap-on pad is available in a regular size (fits most; has 6" hose), a regular size with an extra long 15" hose, an XL size with a regular hose, and finally an XL with an extra long hose.
