Model: 11-0864/11-0865 Donjoy Playmaker Wraparound
The Donjoy Playmaker Wraparound has all of the great features of the original pull-up design in a front closure design. This model is perfect for ligament injuries and has an integrated strapping system to enhance protection of the knee with daily activities or athletics. This model is available in a standard design with fabric directly behind the knee or as a popliteal cutout whereby the material has been cutout in the shape of an oval directly behind your knee. This prevents bunching up with deep knee bending. The Donjoy Playmaker Wraparound style is easy to apply, especially for back patients, and can be ordered with an additional flexion/extension stop kit for those who need to control the amount of bend in the knee. This model features the unique "Four Points of Leverage Design" whereby the strapping system helps to enhance ACL/PCL stability - a unique feature of this line-up of braces. The Donjoy Playmaker Wraparound is a great choice for a myriad of orthopedic conditions from ligament sprains to meniscus tears.
NOTE: Beware of Donjoy Playmaker Wraparound braces sold elsewhere as "clearance" items. This is old stock 10+ years that has been tried on/used by patients and is now being unloaded. These older items have significant differences in sizing, their overall fit, and do not perform like the newer model - or smell like the newer model. We buy only current stock from the manufacturer. Four Points Of Leverage Design:
The strap design of the Donjoy Playmaker Wraparound enhances protection for your knee, and in particular, your Anterior Cruciate Ligament. The straps apply four points of leverage resulting in reduced instability of the ACL. This design is a hallmark difference between this model and other similar braces.

- Flexion/Extension Stop Kit - allows brace to be locked at: Flexion 45, 60, 75, 90 degrees; Extension 0, 20, 30, 40 degree. Consult with your physician about the necessity of this added accessory.
