OA Adjuster
The OA Adjuster arthritis knee brace is clinically proven to provide unloading of your knee to reduce pain and improve walking. It's ideally suited for you - an active adult with moderate to severe arthritis in one side of the knee (unicompartmental OA) who is not ready, or maybe unable, to have a replacement procedure. The OA Adjuster is made out of lightweight 2021 aluminum to provide enough strength to impart the kind of torquing effect necessary to gap open the side of your knee that is experiencing pain. You can adjust the unloading effect the OA Adjuster delivers by simply adjusting the hinge with a hand-held tool (pictured below). This is a great brace for use with work activities, sports, and just everyday walking. It helps to shift loads away from the injured side of your knee to make walking less pain and more enjoyable,and also provides general support to reduce buckling of the knee from quadricep weakness.

- Load Sensor Kit- tells the patient how much a load the brace is placing on the knee to gap open the side that's painful.
- Flexion/Extension Stop kit- Allows the brace to be locked at 20,30,45 degrees/ 60, 75 & full lockout. If you have full knee motion then you do not need this accessory.
- Neoprene Suspension Strap Kit- Two neoprene straps that are wrapped around the brace along the thigh and calf to assist in brace suspension.
- Adjustable Pneumatic Condyle Kit- These condyle pads go on the sides of the knee and can be inflated/deflated for a custom fit around the joint to improve comfort.

Available sizes: Three measurements are necessary for the OA Adjuster to provide the correct fit. First, measure your thigh circumference 6 inches above middle of your kneecap. Second, measure the circumference around the center of the knee around the middle of your kneecap; Third, measure the circumference around the calf 6 inches below the middle of your kneecap. In the pulldown menu below choose the size, the side the brace will be worn on and whether the brace needs to unload the Medial compartment (inside aspect of the knee) or the lateral compartment (outside aspect of the knee).
