The MaxTrax Air walkers are designed to increase stability and help decrease pain and edema following trauma or post-operative procedures. Adjustable air chambers to accommodate changes in edema during rehab and maximize patient compliance.

Indications:

• Acute ankle sprains.
• Stress fractures of the lower leg.
• Soft tissue injuries (grade 2 and 3 sprains).
• Stable fractures and injuries of the foot/ankle.
• Bunionectomies.
• Metatarsal fractures.
• Achilles tendon repair.

Available Option: The Achilles Wedge is a four inch neoprene padded foam wedge that is designed to fit under the heel when wearing a walking boot. It has 4 separate three-quarter inch tall sections that can be individually removed during achilles tendon rehab.
