The BOA Duel TLSO Brace is a unique prefabricated item, often used following spinal surgery, or for traumatic/chronic spinal injuries. This model provides rigid yet comfortable support from the scapulothoracic region (T2/T3) of the spine down to the lumbosacral junction where the lumbar spine articulates with the sacrum (S1). This TLSO brace features rigid anterior and posterior panels that provide support against flexion and rotation of the trunk, while encouraging spinal extension for proper alignment.  The sternal pad can be raised and lowed to the correct height with a sliding bar/locking screw mechanism.  The pulley system in the rear adjusts the overall compression by way of easy to use pull cord handles around the front of the TLSO brace.
