Donjoy Knee Brace

The Donjoy 4TITUDE Knee Brace is a very low-profile, custom-fit off the shelf ACL knee brace. The 4Titude is available in seven different 7 sizes to fit almost any size leg.  It is constructed of 6061 aircraft aluminum for excellent lightweight strength.  It is available in three lengths to accommodate both women or men of different statures. This Donjoy knee brace utilizes the patented "Four Points of Leverage" frame design which enhances knee support for patients with an ACL deficient knee, as well as, anyone returning to sports participation following an ACL reconstruction.  The 4Titude has been designed to aid individuals with mild to severe ACL, PCL, MCL, and LCL instabilities, as well as, athletes returning to contact sports. Donjoy knee brace models  are used by the U.S. Men's Skiing Team, as well as, the U.S. Snow Boarding Team.

• ACL Model- Has additional thigh strap across front of the thigh.
• PCL Model- Has addional posterior calf strap for added PCL support.
• CI model (Combined Instability)- Has both the additional thigh and calf strap added for increased multi ligamentous support.

• Point 1 Anterior: The first point of leverage is the anterior thigh cuff. It acts as a point for rotating the femur anteriorly.
• Point 2 Posterior: The second point of leverage is the posterior calf cuff. It acts as a point for rotating the tibia posteriorly.
• Point 3 Posterior: The third point of leverage is a posterior thigh strap, which is applied while drawing the hinge bars posteriorly on the knee.
• Point 4 Anterior: Incorporating the fourth point generates the crucial opposing force. By tightening and affixing the anterior tibial strap, the hinge is drawn into proper position, and the tibia is rotated posteriorly.

• Patella/Shin Impact Guard- protects the patella and shin from direct blows.
• Sports Cover- goes on over the outside of the brace for added protection.
• Full Extension Stop- allows the brace to be locked in full extension.
• Brace Bag- A convenient bag for carrying the ACL brace.
• Neoprene Strap Suspension Kit- two neoprene straps that wrap around the brace over the thigh and calf to improve brace suspension. Highly recommended.
• Tru-Pull Advanced Attachment (TPAA) - This accessory piece provides additional support and symptomatic pain relief for patellofemoral dysfunction, including lateral mal-tracking, subluxation/dislocation & patellar tendonitis.
