The Donjoy 4TITUDE is DJ Orthopedic's lowest-profile custom-fit off the shelf ACL knee brace. The 4Titude knee brace is available in seven different 7 sizes, and is constructed of 6061 aircraft aluminum for enahnced strength and durability.  It comes in three lengths, making it suitable for those who are short or tall, and will easily fit both women or men. This model utilizes the patented "Four Points of Leverage" frame design which enhances knee support for patients with an ACL deficient knee, as well as, anyone returning to sports participation following an ACL reconstruction.  Donjoy designed the 4Titude to be suitable for any individual with mild to severe ACL, PCL, MCL, and LCL instabilities, or those looking for a brace to prevent the knee from buckling during activities of daily living, or contact sports. The 4Titude is used by the U.S. Men's Skiing Team, as well as, the U.S. Snow Boarding Team.

• ACL Model- Has additional thigh strap across front of the thigh.
• PCL Model- Has addional posterior calf strap for added PCL support.
• CI model (Combined Instability)- Has both the additional thigh and calf strap added for increased multi ligamentous support.

• Point 1 Anterior: The first point of leverage is the anterior thigh cuff. It acts as a point for rotating the femur anteriorly.
• Point 2 Posterior: The second point of leverage is the posterior calf cuff. It acts as a point for rotating the tibia posteriorly.
• Point 3 Posterior: The third point of leverage is a posterior thigh strap, which is applied while drawing the hinge bars posteriorly on the knee.
• Point 4 Anterior: Incorporating the fourth point generates the crucial opposing force. By tightening and affixing the anterior tibial strap, the hinge is drawn into proper position, and the tibia is rotated posteriorly.

• Patella/Shin Impact Guard- protects the patella and shin from direct blows.
• Sports Cover- goes on over the outside of the brace for added protection.
