The DeRoyal XTW Collar provides comfortable support to the entire cervical region and is well-suited for post-operative use and/or extended wear for a variety of conditions. This unique two-piece design features fasteners on both sides of the neck for easy application, and has stabilizing stays that are flexible to better contour to every size neck. This model restricts all planes of neck movement including flexion, extension and rotation. It is available in 5 adult sizes & 5 children's sizes so that custom-made support is achieved.  The collar's inner foam liner is Latex-free, non-toxic, and hypo-allergenic for people with skin sensitivities.

Sizing Guide: To determine the collar height, measure (in inches) the vertical distance from the tip of the chin to the top of the shoulder.  Use this measurement to choose the appropriate size model.

Adult:

X-Small (11201000) = 1 3/4" 

Short (11211000) =  2 1/4" 

Regular (11221000) = 3"

Tall (11231000) = 3 3/4" 

X-Tall (11241000) = 4 1/2" 

Infant/Child:

Infant Short (11251000) = For petite Infants less than a year old

Infant Regular (11261000) = For average-sized Infants less than a year old

Child Tot (11271000) = For children 1 - 3 years old

Child Short (11281000) = For children 3 - 5 years old

Child Regular (11291000) = For children ages 5 + up
