Available Sizes: Sizing is determined by taking three circumferential measurements. You must fit within the three size ranges (Xyphoid, Navel,Trochanter) to achieve a proper fit for the brace size chosen:
First, measure 1" below bottom of your breast bone or xyphoid process. (chest).
Second, measure around your navel or waist.
Third, measure around the fullest area of the trochanter (hip).
