My son drives a semi. This binder keeps him from getting sore. The little air holes between the elastic has made it much more comfortable. It gives when he is bouncing in the truck all day. We looked at all our stores in town for this type but could not find them at Drug Mart, Walmart, etc. Ended up calling the phone number on the one that he received from the hospital in Columbus. Thank you for a well made binder.
