The DeRoyal DeROM Dynamic ROM Elbow Orthosis is a dynamic elbow splint specifically designed to treat both flexion and extension contactures in one simple to use product. DeROM dynamic splints work by applying a low load prolonged stretch to improve joint stiffness and restore elbow range of motion. The dynamic splint uses an adjustment tool to adjust the amount tension in the hinge, and the forearm cuff telescopes to adjust for the length of the forearm. The maleable softgoods are trimmable to allow for a custom fit like equivalent competitor's elbow models, and features ROM limiters which allow it to be used as a static progressive splint. This splint is intended for use with a single patient, and again, allows the clinician to use just one product to treat both flexion and extension contractures of the elbow.

Indications:
- Loss of elbow extension and/or flexion range of motion
- Elbow joint stiffness
Available Sizes: Measure the circumference around the biceps and choose the correct size and side of the body from below.
