The DeRoyal Articulating Walker (Achilles Walker) provides effective treatment for various types of ankle and foot sprains and strains. (See the indications below). It provides stability and has a unique design that allows articulation as healing progresses.

Ankle joint area has an adjustable hinge featuring 10-degree increments
Tri-radiate sole promotes natural gait
This boot mimics casting - the foot bed is flat so the foot is kept in a neutral position (much like casting)

Indications: Moderate to Severe Ankle Sprains & Strains, Achilles Tendon Repair, Stable Foot & Ankle Fractures, Post ORIF.
