The DeROM Dynamic ROM Ankle Orthosis is one of many dynamic splints by DeRoyal that addresses achilles tendon contracture treatment by applying a load prolonged stretch to help regain ankle range of motion.  This product augments ankle physical therapy by applying a low load, prolonged stretch to address joint stiffness of the ankle and specifically increase dorsiflexion and eversion due to plantar flexion with inversion contractures.  The device can be used while weight bearing in standing or with walking, during transfers, and in conjunction with physical therapy.   This device is lightweight and fits both the left and right foot for enhanced patient comfort and compliance.

X-SMALL/PEDIATRIC (4139A) = Foot Length 5 - 6 inches
SMALL (4139B) = Foot Length 6 - 7 inches
MEDIUM (4139C) = Foot Length 8 - 9 inches
LARGE (4139D) = Foot Length 9 + inches
