The Cybertech TLSO with T-Bar uses a specialized mechanical pulley system to provide maximum circumferential brace support around the trunk, and is ideal for a variety of thoracic injuries. The lower portion of the orthosis has fully adjustable panels with hook and loop fasteners for quick and easy adjustments while the sternal notch pad swivels to conform to any sternum shape for a comfortable yet completely supportive fit. Compression is enhanced by pulling on the two opposing pull cords attached to the orthosis which ratchets up the pulley system in the rear of the TLSO. The shell has washable foam liners that conform to any body shape along with lordotic inserts to conform to the degree of lordosis in the spine.
