Therefore, the amount of effort to generate meaningful abdominal compression is more easily attained with this type of spine brace and is able to provide more relief for injuries such as spinal stenosis which affects many older individuals. The mechanical advantage pulley unit in the rear of this corset back brace is removable for easy care and cleaning, and is guaranteed for the life of the brace.
