Model: 5423 CockUp Wrist Splint
The BioSkin DP2 CockUp Wrist Skin is designed to provide support for the wrist with everyday painful activities. This model is made out of a neoprene-free material called Ultima 2s, a breathable compressive material, which provides evenly distributed compression around the wrist which helps relieve arthritis and tendonitis thus making it the perfect carpal tunnel wrist splint. The DP2 cockup wrist splint is 6 1/2" long and is easy to apply and features removable stays on both the top and bottom to customize the level of support needed for activity. The circumferential strap secures the brace around the wrist to enhance overall comfort to the affected area. This cockup wrsit splint is washable for hygiene purposes, and is designed for durability and long periods of usage.

Ultima 2s is a three layer laminate. A soft anti-microbial micro-fleece fits against the skin with nylon lycra on the outside. The Smartskin membrane is sandwiched between these two layers. The fleece adds comfort and offers greater ability to wick perspiration build-up away from the skin.
Available Sizes: Measure the circumference of the wrist and choose the correct size from the chart below. BioSkin materials are medical grade compression fabrics that will provide up to 7x more compression than cotton, Spandex, or Lycra materials. Customers with a medium to fleshy build, and/or those on the borderline of two sizes are urged to choose the larger size as these products definitely run on the tight side.
DP2 CockUp Wrist Splint Application Instructions:
BioSkin should be applied to dry skin. Oils, lotions and perspiration will make the support harder to put on and will make it will feel as if it's sized too small. Dry the area of application before applying support. Take the support with both hands and stretch the top and bottom of the support two to three times. This helps to relax the material before it gets broken-in.
1. Detach three large hook tabs from loop. Insert hand into support, keeping the loop on back of hand.
2. With the cockup wrist splint on, face palm up. Wrap middle strap (with logo) to back of hand and secure. Attach other straps on back of hand/wrist.
NOTE: Both the dorsal and palmer stays are pliable and removable.
