The BREG X2K Women's ACL Brace is a shorter, more lightweight frame than the standard model, and is designed to accommodate the unique symmetry of a female's knee. This Breg brace features the patented diamond-shaped design for ACL stability with sports. The frame is constructed out of high grade tempered aircraft aluminum for reduced weight and enhanced strength. Molded padding on the thigh and tibial portions of the frame, along with easy to use strap clips, provide enhanced comfort and quick fitting capabilities. The Breg X2K line of low profile functional braces are designed for serious athletes looking for high performance design for contact sports.

- Standard Hinge- allows for full knee movement, from fully extended to fully flexed.
- Adjustable Hinge- allows for setting ROM stops to limit either full extension or full flexion.
- Powdercoat Finish- a basic shiny finish to the frame of the brace (most popular).
- Plastisol Finish- a rubber coating to the outside of the frame. Adds extra durability against sliding activities.
- Sports Bag- Black nylon duffel bag ideal for carrying your brace and accessories to the gym.
- Sports Cover- A lightweight covering for added protection against sliding as well as for use in contact sports.
- Patella Cup- A protective cup attaches to the hinges of the brace. The inside of the cup is padded with foam. Ideal for those that need patellar protection from kneeling and various sporting activities.
- Under sleeve- Available in cotton or neoprene, these under sleeves are slightly longer than the overall length of the frame. Ideal as a barrier for sensitive skin as well as soft tissue containment.
Available Sizes: Measure the circumference at the knee joint (middle of the patella), and the thigh circumference six inches above mid patella.
