The Breg SlingShot is an orthopedic-grade shoulder immobilizer designed to hold the patient comfortably in internal rotation with 15 degrees of abduction away from the side of the body.  It's made from a soft polyester fabric for cool comfort and easy application for summer or cold weather climates.  The Breg SlingShot can be used for acute shoulder injury application or as an effective shoulder immobilizer sling following rotator cuff repairs. This product features an ultra padded shoulder strap and a thumb loop to rest the hand and wrist inside the sling.  This in turn removes additional stress off of the shoulder.    The wedge can be removed from the sling as the patient advances further into their recovery process.  This model is a universal, one size fits all style, and can be used on both the right and left sides of the body.
