The Breg Flexmate S-500 Shoulder CPM has been designed as the easiest device in the marketplace to use with patients following any shoulder surgical procedure. The S-500 shoulder CPM  moves the joint through its natural range of motion safely while maintaining minimal scapular movement. This model takes a quarter of the set-up time compared to "seated" CPM device products and can be used in a seated or a supine position. Both the speed and range of motion for this device is programmable for easy operation and safety. This continuous passive motion machine fits patients of any height. We provide patients with rentals for home use and new units for clinics with limited budgets.

CPM Rental Guidelines:

• The Breg S500 shoulder CPM  is available as a rental to patients in need of a CPM.
• Minimum rental period is 14 days.
• Rental period commences the day that the CPM is received at the shipping address.
• Faxed prescription is required to dispense this item.
• A Shoulder Hand Grip must be ordered with the CPM. It will not operate without one, and can not be returned. The Hand Grip is available for a one-time charge of $45.00.
• Patients are responsible for round trip shipping charges from/to DME-Direct.com in California. Round trip shipping costs are based on the dimensional weight of the box and will be calculated at checkout.  Call for shipping questions.
