The Breg Adjustable Horseshoe knee brace is ideal for household activities and recreational requirements. The 1/4" horseshoe buttress can be positioned in any configuration inside to stabilize your patella from tracking in the wrong direction.  You can customize the position of the buttress to stabilize medially, laterally, and inferiorly to address a variety of conditions resulting in poor tracking of your kneecap.  The Breg Adjustable Horseshoe comes in two varieties - an open back whereby an oval cutout behind the knee reduces bunching up of material during deep bending of the knee, or a regular closed back version where the material is left in place.  The product has aluminum spiral stays on the sides which give it shape and form while preventing the brace from rolling down on the sides.  The Breg Adjustable Horseshoe has straps above and below to add additional compression to reduce slippage down your leg.   You can use this unique brace for injuries such as tendonitis, chondromalacia, patella subluxation, and more.
