The Breg Kool Sling  is the perfect general arm sling with one major difference - its Airmesh fabric is more comfortable!  It features additional padding around the neck and easy release buckles for quick fitting adjustments.  The Kool Sling has a thumb rest which can be used to prevent migration off of the arm.  The airmesh design absorbs perspiration and allows greater air circulation to keep you dry.  It can be used for arthroscopic surgical procedures, shoulder strains/sprains, or for instability caused by dislocation or subluxation of the shoulder joint.  This arm sling is available in three sizes and can be used on both the right and left sides of the body.
