In order to receive accessories in the appropriate size, you must specify which type of X2K Brace you own, and the size that it is. Review the Brace Models selection carefully, and refer to our product pages for full decriptions of the various X2K models.

Breg Sports Bag - Black nylon duffle bag ideal for carrying your brace and accessories to the gym.
Breg Sports Cover - The Breg Sports Cover is a lightweight nylon padded cover that is worn on the outside of the functional brace to provide additional protection for the knee, and protect against dings and scratches to the brace frame. The Breg Sports Cover can be worn over all Breg ACL and osteoarthritis knee braces.
Breg Patella Cup - A protective cup attaches to the hinges of the brace. The inside of the cup is padded with foam. Ideal for those that need patellar protection from kneeling and various sporting activities.
Undersleeve - Available in cotton or neoprene, these Breg undersleeves are slightly longer than the overall length of the X2K braces. Ideal as a barrier for sensitive skin as well as soft tissue containment.
Strap Kit - A full set of straps to replace worn straps from heavy usage.
X2K Refurbishing Kit - Includes replacement straps, condyle and frame pads, and hardware.
