The Breg Compact X2K Elbow Brace is often used to support medial and lateral ligament instabilities as well as elbow hyperextension. This is the ultimate brace for control, especially for high-contact sports or extra large sizes.   The brace is made of high grade aluminum construction for a lightweight frame and provides maximum protection to the elbow joint .
