I bought this product after having shoulder surgery. The hospital gave me a standard (and mind you, very uncomfortable) arm sling upon leaving after the surgery. I couldn't tolerate how the sling strap dug into my skin, so I did some research and found this item. I was so pleased when I received it. The pillow cushion on the strap made it much more comfortable to wear. I am VERY happy with my purchase!
