The Bledsoe Mid-Calf Boot is a shorter and lighter version of the regular Bledsoe boot designed for second degree ankle sprains, toe and forefoot fractures/contusions, and incision protection. This Bledsoe boot has a low rocker bottom sole for ease of ambulation and protection against aggravating the lower back. The bootie is constructed out of open-cell foam for comfort and breath-ability, and two layers padding insure a comfortable fit around the ankle joint itself. Easy hook and loop closure straps secure the foot in place for proper immobilization of the foot and ankle. Bledsoe walking boot shells and uprights are constructed out of malleable aluminum, that unlike plastic boots, can be remolded to fit virtually any leg and ankle shape. This product is available in a hinged version called the EZ Set Mid-Calf Boot which is designed for adjusting range of motion at the ankle from 20 degrees of dorsi-flexion to 40 degrees of plantar-flexion in 10 degree increments. An optional optional air ankle/heel bladder is also available to enhance the overall fit and comfort around the ankle inside the walker. Best of all, Bledsoe Brace products are 100% made in the USA.

Indications:
- Grade 1, 2, or 3 ankle sprains
- Post-injury or post-operative stable or internally fixed fractures of the foot or ankle
Available Sizes: Measure both shoe size and lower leg height from knee joint line to medial malleolus (inside ankle bone) for correct size boot.
