The Bledsoe bMini Cold Therapy Unit is a smaller version of today's most robust cold therapy devices. It's indicated for use after arthroscopic procedures and provides an economical way for patients to enjoy the use of cold therapy without enduring a heavy cash outlay for both a cooler and a pad. The bMini unit is 8" x 10" in size and features a quiet motor that's both reliable and quiet. The water running through the system stays at or above 40° for constant re-circulation and provides safe and effective treatment for reducing pain and swelling after surgery. The Bledsoe bMini holds 5.5 quarts for approximately 5 hours of use and takes up very little space. Pads for use on every part of the body are available to complete your order.

Bledsoe bMini Pad Choices:

Universal, regular hose - fits shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle with a 7" step coming out of the pad itself
Universal, extended hose - fits shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle with a 15" step coming out of the pad itself
Ankle non-sterile with straps - fits all ankles.
Hands/Wrist/Fingers - used for wrist and hand injuries/surgery.
Shoulder - fits regular and larger size individuals.
5x10" rectangle, non-sterile - for use on backs.
10x14" rectangle - for use on backs.

Temperature Range: Water in the pad is a constant 40º or above from the re-circulating safety system.

I have been using the cold therapy device now for about two weeks and love. It's very quiet and lasts for many hours before I need to refill it with ice. I use mine for 10+ hours everyday and it has done a wonderful job at relieving my pain.

This ice machine is a great little device! Its reliable and pretty compact so its easy to take to work with me if the ankle starts swelling too much. (I am back to work after a bad twisted ankle and part of my job requires standing while talking with customers. I have this in my locker so that on my 10 minute breaks I can elevate and ice, and I also use it at lunch).

- Q: How is the universal pad positioned on the shoulder?
- A: Hi Pam,
  
  The universal pad is placed right on the outside of your shoulder with the hose pointing down your arm. The pad comes with three velcro straps that velcro to the pad to hold it in place on your shoulder. Attach one across your chest as though you're wearing a purse hung on your opposite side, and the other one around the circumference of your upper arm just below your armpit area to keep the pad positioned correctly at all times.

- Q: How do I clean the unit.
- A: Hi Karen,
  
  Use solution of 1 part alcohol to 2 parts water and run that through the system to kill anything inside. Then let both the pad and the cooler dry in your house before storing it away permanently.
