Bledsoe Aligner

The Bledsoe Aligner ESE unloader knee brace uses muscle power to place an uloading force against the knee during the last bit of knee extension to relieve pain for people suffering from mild to moderate to moderate, single compartment arthritis. The brace features a new strap saddle which maximizes support and keeps the leg coupled to the hinge for effectiveness.  The Bledsoe Aligner has an easy adjustment dial for pain relief.  Just push in and turn the dial, with the leg in a bent knee position to provide more or less of a gapping affect on the knee.  This also features a new overcenter buckle design which requires less hand strength to operate compared to hook and loop closure designs, and helps ensure a proper fit.  The Bledsoe Aligner is made in the USA for higher quality control.  For moderate to severe osteoarthritis please see the Thruster RLF.

Indications:

• The Aligner LA model is indicated for lateral single-compartment Osteoarthrits while the Aligner MA is suggested for medial compartment symptoms.
• To aid in delaying osteotomy or total knee replacement procedures.
• To increase daily walking time while increasing activities.
• To aid in slowing the progression of the condition.
• Also indicated for post-operative or post-injury application following lateral collateral ligament injury or reconstruction to help relieve stress on these healing structures.
