Bledsoe 20.50 Patellofemoral Knee Brace
The Bledsoe 20.50 is the first patellofemoral knee brace to effectively stabilize the patella as the knee bends into flexion thereby reducing pain with activity. The specialized pneumatic buttress begins to tighten immediately as the knee starts to bend, with the strongest stabilizing force felt between 30 and 40 degrees. The Bledsoe 20.50 relaxes tension past 90 degrees and back out into extension (straightening out) again. It features a low profile 12 inch length ans is manufactured out of magnesium which is 30% stronger than aluminum. The knee brace has a unique force flap that grabs onto a cresent-shaped pneumatic style buttress that is designed to prevent subluxation or dislocation of the patellofemoral joint with everyday activity/sports. The Bledsoe 20.50 knee brace features the strongest brace frame available today and will not stretch out like traditional styled products. This is an excellent model for chronic sufferers of patella subluxation/dislocation, patella baja, a high Q angle, patellofemoral malallignment, and chronic patella mal-tracking.
