The Shin Splints Compression Wrap from BioSkin uses a 3" pad to compress against the lower leg for effective pain relief. This shin splint wrap reduces the stress on the soft tissue in the front of the shin to allow continuation of sport activities. It applies direct compression to the affected area and reduces muscle vibration that aggravates pain. The shin splints compression wrap is shorter than a full length sleeve, and provides direct shin splint relief. It closes off with a standard hook and loop closure to stay firm against the leg.

- Constructed of Bio Skin Ultima 2sL, a three layer laminate material that has the unique characteristic of being fully "Velcro hook" compatible on the outside. The inner surface has a soft, anti-microbial micro-fleece that quickly wicks perspiration away from the skin. 2sL is easily applied even with weak or arthritic hands. BioSkin is stronger and thinner than neoprene and is hypoallergenic.
