The BioSkin Back Skin with Flexible Lumbar Support is made from a neoprene-free material designed to provide the same strength as neoprene without getting hot. This lumbar support has a removable foam pad to provide control and support of the lower back with all activities.  The back support is extremely low profile and is only 5/8" thick for increased breath-ability even in hot climates. BioSkin material has the same strength and stretch characteristics as found in neoprene style back support posture products.  The material transfers heat and wicks moisture away from the body for enhanced comfort.   This back support belt has flexible stays to maintain proper positioning of the brace at all times.  This product is more than a typical back belt and can be used during household/work activities or as a travel back brace and sports spine protection product. 

BioSkin Back Skin With Lumbar Support Features:

• Made out of Ultima, a three layer laminate. Two nylon Lycra layers sandwich an ultra-thin Smartskin membrane. This membrane gives Bio Skin its power and recovery. The breath-ability of the Smartskin membrane also allows for the release of moisture vapor.
• Ultima is the lowest profile Bio Skin material and offers the best dynamic radial stretch.
• They have a narrow cut in the front and flexible stays on the sides so when sitting or bending the brace remains pliable and does not impinge on the groin area or into the rib cage.
• The Back Skin is available in both a standard cut and female cut. The female cut is made with a slight alteration in the back panel which addresses the waist to hip ratio, providing a better fit for females.
