The Bauerfeind MyoTrain is specially designed to to provide customized thigh support for muscle strains associated with quadriceps and hamstring injuries.  The compressive knitted material along with three compression straps provide consistent compression through which can be adjusted according to the athlete's need.  The MyoTrain comes with two specially designed compression pads - one for use after an acute injury and the other which is best used to help treat residual swelling and/or a hematoma (pooling of blood after a muscle tear) during the recovery phase.  They are inserted up underneath the thigh support over the target area initially, and can be removed altogether if desired.  The MyoTrain is breathable and fits easily underneath any sports uniform or clothing.  This model is available in seven sizes to provide a more customized fit for any size thigh.

• Anatomicallly contoured, breathable knit features silicone added edges to ensure an customized fit and excellent comfort.
• MyoTrain comes with two pressure pads (acute and functional pads) that can be added and removed altogether if needed.
