The Bauerfeind LumboTrain is specifically designed to provide comfort and support with all daily activities. It has a silicone insert that provides focused compression to the lumbosacral region to help stabilize the lower back. This rubberized silicone plate has raised bumps to help promotoe circulation and postural awareness.   This in turn stimulates your back muscles to provide enhanced stabilization of your spine.  The Bauerfeind LumboTrain features a knitted design with all the support, compression, and comfort found in a neoprene-style back brace, yet breathes to keep you cool and dry.
