The Bauerfeind Genutrain is a pioneer in the area of knitted brace designs with its breathable fabric construction and rubberized buttress designed to capture and stabilize the kneecap. It features material over the front which aides in applying compression around the patella to aid in proper stabilization and to reduce fluid that may accumulate around the front of the knee. The Bauerfeind GenuTrain is effectively provides pain relief for a variety of conditions including tendinitis and arthritis. A more flexible fabric design in the rear allows this product to adapt and stretch with repeated bending and straightening of the knee. It also has a silicone dotted rim around the top and tapered ends to minimize pistoning or sliding down the leg.
