The Bauerfeind GenuTrain A3 is a neoprene-free, patella knee support that features a unique corrective guide within its patella donut buttress which counteracts lateral drifting of the kneecap and improves tracking during active bending and straightening out of the knee. The GenuTrain A3 material is a break-through: a breathable knit support with an integrated viscoelastic donut pad that is seamless, and is contoured to enhance comfort and support simultaneously. The patella knee support truly stays up on the leg instead of sliding down the leg. This GenuTrain A3 is ideal for treating tendonitis, knee instability due to general muscle weakness, arthritis, and subluxation/dislocation symptoms.
