Model: EpiTrain EpiTrain Bauerfeind EpiTrain EpiTrain elbow EpiTrain elbow support EpiTrain brace Bauerfeind EpiTrain elbow support Bauerfeind EpiTrain
The Bauerfeind EpiTrain provides warmth and compression for lateral elbow pain associated with lateral epicondylitis. The knitted support is ideal for people looking for a neoprene-free support that controls swelling and applies compression to the outside of the elbow. The fabric is breathable and does not retain heat like other models. The Bauerfeind EpiTrain has two silicone inserts around the inside and outside aspects of the elbow joint. The elbow support has tapered edges which graduate the compression for a comfortable fit. The support is effective in treating sprains and strains of the elbow and is used for everyday use and for sport activities.
EpiTrain Features:
- Knitted elbow support incorporating two anatomically contoured silicone inserts surrounding the medial and lateral elbow bones (epicondyles) and lying over the flexor and extensor muscles.
- EpiTrain's silicone inserts leave the elbow bones pressure-free and provide an intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
- Promotes proprioception, thus heightening sensory awareness in the elbow for increased joint stabilization.
- Graduated compression at the edges prevents constriction of circulation.
- Lightweight, breathable knit will not retain heat and is completely machine washable.
Indications:
- Lateral Epicondylitis (tennis elbow)
