The Cybertech Medical Ergo 640 Premium Plus is a premium lumbosacral support preferred by many physicians.  This lumbar sacral support features both anterior and posterior panels for increased support compared to other back braces.  This back support brace has an enhanced mechanical pulley system in the rear to provide 6 to 1 compression producing capability exceeding other brace designs.  This orthopedic back brace can be adjusted with just one hand, and is easy to put on and take off.

Available Color: The Anterior and Posterior panels are gray. The belt comes in White or Black. NOTE: Size 4XL is only available with Black belt.

Degrees of Closure:

• 75 degree closure - typical model for women
• 90 degree closure - typical model for men 

Application Instructions:

• Fasten the handle of the pulley unit - handle should always be on the left
• While standing, hold the soft side panels apart, while placing the back panel centered over the spine.
• Wrap the left side to the front, then wrap the right side over it. This will now allow you to close and secure the front.
• Now pull the handle out and away from the brace until you've achieved a suitable amount of compression and support. Then place the pulley handle on the fastener band to hold in down securely.
• Make any adjustments that are needed to accommodate your comfort. The tension is easily adjustable for sitting, standing or other activities.
