3 An ankle lock of nylon straps is applied in a figure eight fashion around the ankle to close of the joint and stabilize the ankle the split second a sprain is about to occur out on the athletic field.
4 Does the product close up the front with hook and loop fasteners, laces, or is it a pull-on design all together? Generally speaking, a lace-up design often provides a more exact fit while pull-up designs and velcro-fastening models offer quicker fitting but can offer less of an exact fit.
